Suspended Access Systems Ltd recently carried out a full inspection and remedial works programme at St John's Place.

Our engineers performed a detailed inspection of a fixed dual-step staircase, assessing the condition of all fixings, welds, structural integrity, and handrailing layout. The system was confirmed to be in satisfactory condition.

Following this, our team returned to begin rust treatment and platform replacement works on the external fire escape staircase. The initial phase involved targeted rust removal and the replacement of compromised platforms, with additional remedial actions scheduled to complete the process.
