Tier 1: Basic Documentation Review & Hosting
This base-level service allows any duty holder or representative to submit documentation to us for review (up to two submissions). Upon receipt of documentation held, our inhouse specialist team will:
- Develop and issue a feedback report with manufacturers/standards documentation back up for clarity on compliance level of documentation provided.
- Host compliant documentation online, including the development of a bespoke QR code signage to provide access for all duty-holder-approved parties to obtain access for the lifespan of the system.
Tier 2: Enhanced Documentation Review & Hosting
This enhanced service allows any duty holder or representative to submit documentation to us for review and hosting (up to two submissions). Upon receipt, SAS will:
- Arrange and undertake a site visit by one of our competent engineering teams to verify that the documentation package accurately reflects the assets on site and carry out a full testing regime to the in-situ assets to ensure they are compliant. Should any elements be found non compliant to either the manufacturers or current standards, a detailed report will be published with defect details and pathways forward.
- Host compliant documentation online, including the development of a bespoke QR code signage to provide access for all duty-holder-approved parties to obtain access for the lifespan of the system.
