Our QR hosting service offers your clients and contractors instant access to vital system information.
In the safety compliance sector for fall protection systems, we provide a complete end-to-end service—from comprehensive BS 7883-aligned compliance reviews to carrying out all necessary remedial works that ensure systems meet current standards. To enhance transparency and ease of access, we also host all installation and compliance documentation via QR codes—just scan and go.
Tier 1: Basic Documentation Review & Hosting
This base-level service allows any duty holder or representative to submit documentation to us for review (up to two submissions). Upon receipt, Our inhouse specialist team will:
- Conduct an offsite compliance check against the relevant British Standards.
- Develop and issue a feedback report.
- Host compliant documentation online, including the development of a single QR code signage solution to provide access for all duty-holder-approved parties.
Tier 2: Enhanced Documentation Review & Hosting
This enhanced service allows any duty holder or representative to submit documentation to us for review and hosting (up to two submissions). Upon receipt, SAS will:
- Conduct an offsite compliance check against the relevant British Standards once all documentation has been received.
- Arrange and undertake a site visit by our competent engineering team to verify that the documentation package accurately reflects the assets on site.
- Develop a comprehensive compliance report, including advisories and defect notes.
- Host compliant documentation online, including the development of a single QR code solution to provide access for all duty-holder-approved parties. Turnaround Time: 10–15 business days from receipt of payment and documentation.
